beyond measure. In order to retire I needed to short sale our home. Our
original application to the credit union for a short sale was declined, even
though we had worked with a real estate agent who was supposed to be an
"expert" in this field. Then we found Julie. She contacted our credit
union and helped them to better understand our personal issues. Within a

I was losing my house. I bought at the top of the market, and over the course of four years, its value had dropped to less than half of what was owed on my mortgage. The expenses of maintaining a 50 year old home far outreached what my income could cover, and I was living with constant fear about how I, as a single mom, would care financially for my three children. Although my bank had modified my loan, I was unable to make the payments and stay current on all expenses. I felt hopeless. I was exploring the necessity of bankruptcy and foreclosure when Julie was recommended to me by my lawyer to discuss the option of a short sale.
We met on June 7, and by October 6, I was living in a home I could afford in a beautiful city close to work and the best schools in the country. In those four short months, Julie listed my home, found a buyer, and negotiated a sale that was fair to all parties. And the process was absolutely painless. Julie is professional and knowledgeable, and she took care of every last detail. I never worried that the short sale would not come through. Since August of 2009 my family and I had been experiencing financial difficulties due to my employment at Perris Unified High School District instituting mandatory pay cuts.
